ICS Wireless bug?

After installing ICS I can't seem to be able to turn off the wireless network.

When I go to Settings and turn it off - once the phone has been idle for about 10+min - it turns back on by itself.

Am I missing something or is it just a bug?

Are you using SmartActions? If so then that's probably why.

If you are talking about wi-fi, then you won't see the feature to OFF the auto-turn on feature. It pops up randomly asking if we want to stop the auto turn on feature. I said stop to it and the wi-fi wouldn't turn on unless I do it manually. Strange feature.
