ics update

So the new update I just did is ics? I am new to the forum so I hope i am posting this in the right place. I heard they would not use ics on the RAZR if this is ics it has some problems. Anyone else seem to lose 4g when phone is locked I do and it seems like the signal strength is really bad. Anyone know of a fix for this? Please help if you can thanks I hope to learn a lot on this forum.

Yep, the update was ics. The razr has been slated to receive ics since it was released.. welcome to the forum...
