With this thread rapidly approaching 1100 posts, it is not surprising that some questions get asked many times. Its easy to say, "go back and read the thread" but I wouldn't want that task. I'm just glad I have followed it from its infancy (blind, dumb luck on my part). That being said, I will repeat my previously posted opinion that I have formulated from reading the different news releases and info posted on this thread.
I believe that it is both a soak and a limited OTA rollout to start with. This allows both Moto and Verizon to say that they have met their goal of a Q2 release. I base this on 1) people not involved with the soak saying they have received the update and 2) the lack of posts from many people who "implied" they were part of the soak. Their lack of posts started last night and has continued into today.
I could be completely wrong, partially wrong, or dead on correct. Time will tell and in the meantime I will continue to monitor this thread and patiently wait for a notification, an update, or more "official news" from Moto or Verizon. Until then, I'm just guessing like the rest!!

i look forward to tuesday or wednesday on getting the update an the full release will probably be monday. there probably soaking thriugh the weekend and if all goes well releasing monday night

2-3 weeks? damn man. i just restored back to stock .181 from ICS leak because i was expecting it to get it within the next day or two. did i read somewhere on here how to force update? and if that's a working way of forcing update, will every update thereafter be normal? i'm ready to get this over with.
I would not trust anything they have to say.
With all due respect, I think they know a little bit more about the update process than you do
