In central NY and I haven't received the notification yet. Ya see, what I think is happening is those them there ones that haven't gotten that notification yet, well they just are not going to get that them there notification... because...

they will be the first to get the ota, roflll!

No need to send us a notification if the ota is going to be within hours, lol!

I'm here in the Pittsburgh area with no update and no notification. I'm getting antsy. I cannot wait to use the face unlocker. I work with some nasty women who think it is funny to change my lock screen while I'm in meetings. No more of that. Once ICS hits, those nasty chicks will be in for a rude awakening when the try and screw with my phone

No credible reports of the actual upgrade yet. The notification was just a warning shot.

Ok so if you get the update and upload the file, how do the rest of us update our phones from that file? I haven't rooted or flashed a ROM since I had my original Moto Droid. I didn't need to do anything with my Droid R2D2 or my HTC Thunderbolt so I'm way out of practice on flashing and rooting:biggrin:
