"Disabled" is what it says in ICS when you freeze an app natively in the OS. Instead of freezing, Google refers to it as disabling.
Disable is to provident the apps from running and at same time it hide from users view. Unless, they go through settings to disable to enable the apps again.
Not this leak rom from Motorola themselves it from may 13.

+1 I've seen others ask for likes and usually don't get them. At least one member has it in his sig and isn't even getting any attention. If someone wants to like you, they will.

Yeah folks, I was responding to another thread, had asked him for a list of apps he had installed because he had 2 phones fail the same way, then saw the post with screen captures in this thread and got confused. I'm all good now. I had run ICS on my earlier RAZR (before the MAXX), so was familiar with this.
You see I deleted the post, reason - "wrong thread".
