Hi thanks for working on this. I am wondering if it is possible to make a build that does not have the phone and 3g? Seems like there are many of us who have upgraded or will soon and would not need those functions. Not sure how much memory or space it would save, maybe not worth it?

Cow squad which version are you using? Wi-Fi and sound other than phone work?

Well that's kinda unfair for us who still have it and may have it for a few months. Not like anyone can't have 3g for those time frames.

Not asking to stop trying to get the phone working. Just pointing out some of us don't need it and it may work for us. Getting some using it will be good for all.

Ok. I have tried a couple and don't remember either doing both. I also needed a phone back then so I didn't try too hard. Which build are you using and does the sound and wifi work?

If I knew how to make a build I would build my own. One of the biggest draw backs to this phone is lack of resources. Hence the request to not waste them on something that wont be needed by many. Maybe it wont even run without them, I don't know. Maybe giving it a little breathing room will let it boot. Who knows?

kind of, the how-to i found is mainly for building stock cyanogenmod but its the same idea...

Alot of bickering going on at XDA, unfortunately nothing new here as of late, appears no one having much luck. It's to bad was looking forward to trying some ICS.
