ICS loaded now problem with contacts

After updating to ICS when I tap phone -Contacts was one of my options to see my list of phone numbers in memory
now it is not= I tap phone and the only options are Dialer-Recent-Favorites
I have to hit the search button to see contacts is this a screw up?
just another step involved now.
do you guys have the same setup? can't find an option on what to display

this is why there is a contacts right next to phone, this is an ICS update not just specific to the d4, sad but true that the Dialer has changed it layout.

I used to have the option for a "Favorites" folder but after the update that folder is blank. My work-around is using the "People" app that lists Groups-People-Favorites. I guess "People" is what they're calling "Contacts" now.
