ICS 4.0.4 broke Facebook notifications?

Is anyone else having any issue with Facebook notifications after updating to the unofficial stock 4.0.4? I can't seem to get any notifications from the Facebook app. I get notifications from the Messenger app, just not the actual Facebook app. I thought initially it was because I did the ADB restore of my apps and data, because I wasn't getting notifications from the Messenger app either, so I uninstalled and reinstalled both. Messenger app now works, but the Facebook app still gives me no notifications.

I wasn't sure if maybe it was Facebook coincidentally having issues with their Android push notifications, or if it is a problem caused by ICS 4.0.4. As I asked, anyone else having this issue at all?

Well it seems everyone is having issues with notifications regardless of phone, ROM or Android version. I think it must simply be Facebook and their crappy Android app causing the issue. But I wanted to be sure either way! Thank you for your response though! :-D

Facebook notification? I think I get one of those on my phone once a month on average even though I really have several FB notifications on a daily basis...stupid Facebook.

I was getting steady notifications just fine before installing the 4.0.4 update. So I just thought it may have broke the notifications. Facebook probably just broke itself.

I went from 4.0.2. So it must be some issue with the Facebook app and maybe ICS in general? My brother still gets notifications to his Droid X just fine. Interesting phenomenon.
