motorola droid when i moved a icon to screen beside main screen it moved but went back to main screen it was there also do not need two of same can someone tell me what i am doing wrong. thank you

You can delete duplicate icons by holding the icon and moving it to the thrash can on the bottom of the screen.

I tried to delete one of them but it did not go into trash can.
