Icons not showing up in folders for SD card apps?

Hi all. I've finally started to clean up my screens by using folders to organize applications. What's annoying me is that the icons will not show up, in the folders, to those applications that I've moved to my SD card. I see the application, but those applications have the lovely android market looking icons there.

Is there a way to fix this besides moving all those apps back to my phone. I tried that, but it keeps saying low memory.

I'm using UD 2.5 - 800MHZ Chevy1 kernal w/LauncherPro

Any help would be appreciated!
