Icons leftover from last theme?

I just installed Black Juice Blue Ginger for Liberty 1.0, but in many places it hasn't replaced the Liberty default theme. The dialer and browser icons are still yellow, as are the app drawer highlights. In fact, all that's changed is the notification bar and menu highlights. This doesn't match the screenshots from this thread:

Does anyone know how to fix this? You might have to spell it out for me.

Thats how theming works on Liberty. It just overwrites the old theme. If one theme had something the new one doesn't then those little pieces will remain. I suggest flashing the rom then flashing the one theme you want.
