I think i'm BRICKED, Stuck at M

I was trying to install Rubix 0.3 rom but made a mistake and installed Tranquility but this was after I deleted system, cache, etc. Any help is appreciated. Is there anything I can do?

UPDATE: Last night I could get to Factory recovery, but now I can only get to the M.

How's your battery power? Sounds like it needs to be on the battery charger (wall unit) for a while. However, it may not be charging in the state it's in right now. If that is the case, you need borrow a battery, buy a battery, etc. Good luck.

boot into cw recovery. go to mount
hook up device to computer
click usb mass storage

place the link on the site on to the root of sdcard
wipe
and reboot
