I need to flah the flash for ringtone

I need to flash the camera flash for phone ring

Alright I searched and searched , these guys with I-phones have a app which will flash the camera flash, or phone screen, when ringtone is muted and can't find our Android app that does that?
any ideas? thanks guys

That one has mostly 1 star rating that says it does not work or quit working no support? I realize it's only a buck
