I need help quick

I just tried to install a kernel and when the phone tried to reboot it just locked at the bright white screen that says "HTC Incredible". What do I do? I rooted with the unrevoked 3.32 program and followed the proper backup procedure.

Sounds like your stuck on a boot loop. Pull the battery and restart. Hold volume down and power to enter clockwork. Do a nandroid backup. next time try and wipe before installing
