I need help. OG keeps looping between droid start up and eye

I do not have my phone rooted. It is stock. I had my phone plugged into my computer and it turned black said about a bootloader and now it is in a loop and I don't know how to make it stop. I do not now anything about rooting or that kind of thing. Like i said Stock OG and it is stuck. I have read some threads but it seems like people do it to rooted phones.

I really need my phone.

someone i guess can delete this thread. I kept restarting and restarting and i guess it stopped looping. I have no idea what happened. but it is working again. Thanks if anyone was going to reply

my phone is still having this same problem. i tried rebooting in safe mode by holding the menu button while holding down power during start up, and only continued to cycle between the eye and M, so then i tried recovery mode by holding x and power. now it gets to the triangle screen with the exclamation point and small phone underneath it. and it will just stay stuck on that screen.
