I need help doing two things in Tasker

You when your making phone calls as soon as you hold the phone to your ear the display turns off. You cant do that with google voice while listening to the messege how do i do that? Also how can i set up tasker so that the phone turns automatically to vibrate when Im out of 5miles from where I live? Thanks.
