I NEED HELP cannot connect to pc!

i currently have bb7.8 when i connect my droid to pc it doesn't mount up.i have another droid thats not rooted and it connects fine. what can i do to get it connect ? please help:motdroidvert:

Should mount fine. Does it do anything when you connect and select mount?

Update: I installed 7.8 using the update.zip method. Plugged into my pc running win 7 and had no issues at all.
