I need a Bluetooth headset and I'm picky!

I need a new Bluetooth headset. I have Motorola H720 but people complain that they cannot hear me well on it. I like it because for me it is comfortable to wear. It doesn't have an earphone bud poking in my ear. I've never found one that is comfortable to wear and most are actually painful. And I don't think I can find one. I can't wear those iPod earbuds for the same reason. They hurt and pop out of my ears.

So I need a headset that sits flat against the ear yet has good sound quality and good noise cancellation.
