I might have found a pretty bad problem with the camera...

I've noticed that the camera actually focuses just below the focus point it shows on the screen.

For example, if you were to take a picture of a tennis ball and try and focus right on the ball, the picture will come out with the area just below the ball focused and not the actual ball.

It's doing this with EVERY single picture.

Wonder if an update will fix this.

Just try it. Take a few picture, put them on your computer, and then check out which part of the picture looks the clearest/sharpest. It will be just below the area where you thought you were focusing on.

My wife and I are having the exact same problem.

Funny thing is:
When I looked at our phones, my wife's phone system version read 1.13.516 while mine read 1.13.604.

From what I understand, the 516 and 604 notates the firmware version for the camera specifically. Supposedly, Verizon released a Droid X update in a hurry like they did to fix the camera issue (amongst other things), but I'm still having the same exact problem. A complete phone reset has not fixed the issue either. My Droid is only three days old with no camera altering applications installed.

Any suggestions?
