I have more than one sound for notifications... how?

My emails use a different sound than my text messages. But I can't figure out how I did it and how to change it back since the audio options only offer one sound for notifications! HELP!

when you are in your email accounts you can click menu then settings and you can choose default notification or custom...same with txt messages
