I have a quick question...need help fast!!!

I just restored my phone to stock. Its just like it was just opened for the first time. Somehow i skipped the activation screen. Well i need to activate it. And i cant get back to the screen with the android guy asking to activate. So now what?? HELP

Did you dial *228 then Option 1.
