Tease.

The XOOM was also a developer tablet; essentially, a reference device. It should get most of the upgrades prior to anything else in its class; kind of like the Galaxy Nexus, Nexus S, etc. The RAZR ought to get it soon simply because it's Motorola and Verizon's flagship, so it behooves them to keep it updated and that quickly. We'll see.
