A note about Ice Cream Sandwich:
We are planning to upgrade DROID RAZR™ by Motorola, Motorola RAZR™, Motorola XOOM™ and DROID BIONIC™ by Motorola to Ice Cream Sandwich. We will provide more precise guidance on timing after post-public push of Ice Cream Sandwich by Google, as well as any possible additions to this list of devices.

Can't wait for the 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich will be releasted in early part of 2012...

I can. Have absolutely no issues with what Motorola has done with this skinned GB. Silky smooth, no lag, no reboots, great radios, awesome positioning performance (GPS and GLONASS), fast and great camera. For what I use my phone for, I don't need face unlock, massive social integration, or overclocking. Just root, freeze the processes you don't need, and enjoy the ride.
In fact, I may freeze the updater process to see first how other people like Moto ICS. If problems arise, I have no problem waiting it out on the current .748 OS.
