I rooted my phone awhile ago and I downloaded root uninstaller and I guess I accidentally uninstalld something I shouldn have and then i unrooted my phone 2 days ago and restored my phone to factory state and I still dont get text notifications can someone help?. And another thing is super user is still on my phone even though its unrooted

so you did a factory reset??
Superuser is an app so unless you uninstall it, or do a full factory data reset it will remain. Question...how did you restore to factory state? Did you simply flash the fastboot ROM version 6.11.174? If so, you apparently didn't then do a factory restore afterwards. To do so would have removed superuser.
To do a full factory restore, you need to go to settings, privacy, and select factory data reset. While there you will also check at least the top box to delete all user data, if not both boxes to also erase the SD Card..

i did all of that still nothing i cant even install the update now
now what did we learn from this... dont uninstall apps. freezing them serves the same purpose. uninstalling them only saves space in a partition which you cant store data in anyways cause its used only for apps.
