I am new and need help with Droid Bionic getting to factory!

Hi i rooted my phone a while back and i accidentally deleted (process com.motorola.contacts) and i cant access my contacts and i dont know how to get my phone to factory settings. It is unrooted now but i still have superuser on my phone.
Please help!!
