I CHIPPED THE FACE OF MY X! :(....how bout vehicle touch-up paint?

Ok, so yesterday I dropped my X and it chipped the rim exposing the metal underneath the black surface. Those of you who have had the misfortune of dropping their D1 or DX know how unsightly it is to see a hint of chipped metal on your all black beauty.

So my thought is to use vehicle touch-up paint to simply hide the chip. I know the chip will still be there and I'll be able to feel it but I REALLLY dont want to see it.

Thoughts?

Sounds as if it would work...there was a pic of someones d1 awhile back who sanded the phone all the way down to the aluminum...it didn't look bad but was a little much for me...you could always get a case to hide the chip you have and prevent new ones...used a fine tip black sharpie on my d1 to hide a few imperfections.
