I cant tether now for some reason

Every time i open wifi tether it turns on my wifi automaticly. Is there a way to stop this from happening

it turns on your wifi? It's supposed to do the opposite. That'd be odd.

Yeah it is weird there is a weird error it says" what the hell your phone took control over wifi" then shuts down
