I can't make outward calls because the calls automatic bring up Skype

Hello I am having a issue, that I can't make outward phone calls. Because when I dial the number and push the call button it automatically goes to Skype.

How do I fix this, because I can't use the phone as a phone now?

I have a droid x 2.3.3

Should be a to go to settings/application/manage applications. Find Skype, it's probably in the Download tab, select it then look for the clear defaults button and hit that.
