I C a sound recorder listed under settings/apps/all but where art thou?

View attachment 52331I clearly see a sound recorder app listed when going to settings, apps, all but i simply cannot find it. Seems evident though as it had no size associated with it. i.e. 000Bytes.

Am i missing it?

Yes, i know i can DL one but that's not my point.
