I am t-pain uses the proprietary audio processor called Auto-Tune by Antares.
Until Antares releases their Android app you are gonna be out of luck. Your best bet is to email the company. The more responses they get the more inclined they will be to spend money to develop an app for android to make money.
These people are more worried about their bottom line then what pointless app you have on your mobile phone. They make quite a bit for licensing that technology to vocal coders.

Rumor has it Voiceband uses auto tune technology. There's a thread here you can search for or go to Youtube or Google. The developer's website has a forum that mentions an Android port. That thread has a fair amount of views compared to the others too.

I took a look at that...it doesn't look like it uses auto-tune at all.
Auto-tune uses pitch correction and if your turn the settings up far enough you get the T-Pain effect. To use Auto-Tune basically all you have to do is talk and it does the rest. It's pretty wild. A lot of preformers will use it during their live shows as an insurance to make sure their show is good.
I think someone on this forum actually sent them email and they responded back saying they are considering it. If you really want it send them an email!

If you want it for Android EMAIL them! They have expressed the possible interest before.
If their inbox is filled with people saying hey I would be willing to pay for this or I want this more than anything else...they will obliged and more willing to fork out the money to develop this!
