i believe, for the Droid 1, if you take out the battery youll be able to see it

Thank you, I have the battery out and I see a symbol that looks like it might be for the SD card but the space that it is pointing to is a hard wall.

yes, I see it, I have the battery out now.

There should be a small black protuberance right above the battery on the far left where the SD indicator is. Hook that with your fingernail and pull it straight down.

I got it! Thank you. Now I see that I have a 16gb and but now I can't get it back in. sheesh...

While you have it out try brushing the contacts with a toothbrush. Might as well clean it since you have it out.

As for getting it back... Well, you're on your own, I'm afraid.

They do have larger, but their performance in the Droid is lacking in the stability department.

And they don't call it a MicroSD card for nothing!
