HTML code is off?

i know this probably isn't the best place to be asking this... but this forum was looking fine on my pc till a few days ago. it all of a sudden looks like its running in a "safe-mode", and i noticed it says "HTML code is off" on the bottom. why? i din't change anything, and its the only web page that is running like this....

anyone know how i can fix this?

Happened to me briefly as well last night. I closed the browser and tried again. Don't know if that fixed it or the site righted itself at the same time though.
