I am new to this site. Looking for information. I purchased htc Thunderbolt 4 days ago and it will not make a call by voice using the command "call." Neither will use the GPS Map function using the voice command "navigate."
Two techs at the Verizon store plus the manager have tried to correct the problem with downloads, updates, etc. to no avail. Has anyone else either had this problem or heard of this problem?
Otherwise I must return the phone and will sorely miss the oportunity to have 4g and the killer GPS. Thanks for any help!
