what would happen if I emailed verizon wireless corporate and asked them?
I have sent an email to the CEO of Verizon Wireless on Thursday last week. I got the following back. I have also replied with what was requested and I am waiting to hear back. The email I sent originally was about the frustration I have and we have been having with the lack of communication that Verizon has given the consumer in regards to devices and basic policies for Verizon..
