htc thunderbolt and my kia soul

I am disappointed in my thunderbolt. I cannot seem to get my phone book to sync with my car. It get a few people randomnly but not everyone. Does anyone else have this problem?

Might be the kia and not the bolt....Mine pairs fine with my Dodge, Ford and Nissan.

I had no problem with my other phone and I called Kia and they think it's the phone, of course. I had the envy 2 and it worked great! Everything else works fine, just not all my contact sync for some reason.
