HTC Sync Won't Recognize Incredible

Hi Everyone,

I just downloaded HTC Sync onto my computer and It won't recognize my phone.

Specs: Windows 7 64-bit

Yes, I've switched my computer USB action to the "HTC Sync" option. Nothing works. The stupid thing is that my phone recognizes that the program is there on my computer for about 10 seconds and then it looses it for some reason all the while my computer is ignorant to the presence of my Dinc.

Any help would be great

I'm having a similar issue with mine. I recently had to do a factory reset on my phone and since then, HTC Sync won't recognize my Incredible. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program from the HTC website but still nothing.

Any help?

Download and install MyPhoneExplorer to both your computer and phone. It needs the driver from HTC Sync to be installed on your computer in order to work. I've had trouble syncing to the Outlook calendar - appointment dates get shifted a day or two sometimes, but the Contacts sync and media transfers work great.
