Sync your PC with phone. Reason why I added a mirror is because the download from the htc ftp server was extremely slow.

I had to close the dialog box that was asking me to install the Verizon Media drivers. Then it worked to sync for me.

What operating system? I'm using a Vista Home PC and the USB mounting and Sync has been incredibly painful.

Are you using the cable the phone came with? Or another USB cable? Stabbing in the dark here...
