HTC sense and Facebook

Hi All.

All of the sudden I have a notification prompting me to sync Sense with my Facebook account.
While I do have Facebook, I don't necessarily want Sense to sync with it.
Yet, I can't remove the notification.

Any ideas anyone?

I had to google that myself, I dont use a FB app and never will (due to huge privacy issues with it that nobody else on the planet earth seems to care about), anyway I had to go into settings and do something that I cant remember, and every-time I reeboot I need to do this again. I wonder if ICS will allow us to delete that facebook crap, after all not everybody is a 13 year old girl.

I use FB but I use a different app. You can use ICS to disable the official FB app, I did. I've never had it where it asked to sync with Sense.

Your phone more than likely has an app called Frend Stream which uses info from your facebook account. Go to;
Facebook,
Account,
Acct Settings,
Apps,
Platform,
On

Then if you dont want to use facebook, go to;
Settings,
Account and Sync,
Facebook,
Remove Account

Ok. I;ve been having this problem for the past week. How does your solution help if I want to USE facebook?
