HTC sence 3.0

Does anyone know how to get HTC sence 3.0 on their incredible?

Rooting and putting a custom ROM on it that includes Sense 3.0 is the only way that I would know.

HTC has said when the Incredible got the gingerbread update that they wouldn't be upgrading their sense UI to sense 2.0.

Unless someone has a clever hack to get it on. It seems that sense has to be able to play well with the OS so having a ROM with it baked in is the best bet for us original Incredible owners.
