Incredible 2 messaging issue

I have all my people/contacts synced with facebook and facebook for htc sence, but when i text someone their facebook picture will show but not their name. Anyone else have this issue and know how to solve?

mine didn't used to work exactly to the most current update.

What app are you using for texting? Try clearing the cache or data, if you want to save any texts back them up just in case (recommend SMSbackup for this)

i just use the htc messaging app, i cleared the messaging app data and cache and it still didnt work...now what?

try clearing the cache and data in the facebook app

after that sync existing contacts

if that doesn't work then I don't know
