HTC rezound Phone freezes at 4G LTE logo

Hi all... plz help me some one. Phone freezes at 4G LTE logo and won't boot up. and restart again and again ... I already reset phone and flash him in another rom but it still no working. after flash rom the Phone once time boot properly than i change network settings into GSM Only and restart the Phone by my self. after this it dont wont to turn on he is freezing in 4G lte logo and then restarting him self before i am bring out battery from him ...... .................:blink::blink::blink::blink::blink::blink::blink::blink:

Are you S-ON? If so, did you flash the boot image via fastboot with the command:

fastboot flash boot boot.img
