This would be a great file for anyone looking to rom or mod to have saved on the PC. An RUU serves as a safety net for anyone installing a custom recovery. RUU's allow you to unbrick your device easily as well as flash your HTC phone back to stock.
Today HTC released an RUU for the latest update for the Unlocked HTC 10. This update includes camera improvements, wifi stability improvements, and other tweaks, The RUU file weighs in at 1.6GB so it may take a bit to download. To install you can throw the file on your SDcard then boot into download mode. Then just follow the prompts.
