HTC Loses Early Decision VS Apple

Apple's battle to win market share over Android is really hurting Android's manufacturers, and HTC today lost one of their battles against Apple. Today the ITC decided that Apple did not infringe on the patent that HTC sued them over last year. These patents were meant to store the sales of the iPhone, iPod, and iPad from the US market, but apparently failed. HTC still has a chance to win this battle, but the ITC will not make their finally decision until February of next year.

Why do I feel that money is helping these decisions in Apple's favor? They can come up with some of the stupidest patent claims and win, but anything against them comes up denied even if the patents are very clear and about core technologies.
