HTC inspire App removal question

Company uses AT&T ;-( I got to pick the phone, so I got the Inspire. I am happy with the phone with one exception.

How do I remove the many BS AT&T pre installed apps. It just clutters up my app tray taking up memory.

With any Android phone, bloatware (pre-installed apps) are only removable when the phone is rooted. Alternatively, some of the alternate launchers (like LauncherPro) give the option of hiding apps in the app drawer (doesn't stop them from running in the background, but they shouldn't use that many resources).

Yeah, yeah.. I'm on lmy phone. So?
