HTC Incredible Unroot *Please Help Fast*

Baseband Version: 2.15.00.07.28


I absolutely need this phone unrooted because I am getting a replacement from verizon, and I have to send this back.
I used Unrevoked 3 to root it and i cant understand how to unroot it
please help me!

I may have found the proposed answer. The phone is showing s-off
1st. I will flash s-on with clockwork mod
2nd. do the reinstall of 2.2
hopefully this will work i will report back when done

transfering 2.2 onto sd card now about to flash will report in a few <3

Yay step 2 complete all in about 10-15 mins cant wait to get my new droid so i can root it with cool custom roms

So I'm a noob to rooting. I intend to root my incredible after more research. What is s-on and s-off? Also, before I'm willing to root it I need to he able to unroot it... where do you get the 2.2 stock with HTC sense? If you don't mind perhaps could you recommend an faq or 101 page where I might educate myself?

I recommend finding your answers at doug piston. He has by far the BEST tutorials on Rooting/Unrooting that I've seen and also provides the 2.2 stock rom in a .zip file.
