cant send (but can recieve) MMS messages after romming cricket flashed dinc

I got my dinc flashed the other day and everything was working, I backed up the stock rom and flashed kingdom rewind (specs below) everything but sending MMs works, ie market, texts,calls, web. I havent changed any settings yet but am willing to.



how do i make this work

I am using the stock app, and am receiving notification of messages but cant download

also I am on the 55 dollar plan, what do i have to do to be able to go to the 45 dollar plan?
and how do i do that
