HTC Incredible Scene issues / problems

Anyone having trouble with the scene's automatically switching on their own? I set it to a main scene that I created and then some how it goes to another on its own.

I tried this out after reading this, and no problems for me. Perhaps a problem with your specific unit or settings?

thanks for checking. i figure it out it happens when you do a battery pull it will revert back to the red swirl. try a battery pull and see if it stays on your custom scene.
