HTC Incredible Root Here - Not Automated Yet

It looks like we won't be waiting much longer for root on the HTC Incredible. Unrevoked, the same team that brought Root to the HTC EVO is bringing it to the Incredible. They are exploiting a race condition on boot-up but the process has not yet been automated and isn't quite ready for mass consumption. However, the most difficult step has been completed and now they just need to fine-tune it and we should see something much more reliable very soon.

John; it seems as if some one on the incredible forum has figured out a way to get it to stick. He has not posted confirmation.
So technically my incredible challenge is still going.

But he seems to sound like he have it.
