HTC Droid Incredible and wireless

Neither ESPN Radio or Tunein Radio will work on mt Droid. I convinced that there is some wireless setting to make them work but that I have it off or something. I've looked in the "settings" and "applications" but haven't found anything.
Anyone can help me?
