This Recovery has been modified, it has been formatted to fit this screen. That's right developer "MyComputerDoctor" has put together a theme for TWRP on the HTC Droid DNA. The original twrp for this device was not adjusted for the extremely high resolution of the screen. This resulted in the recovery being pushed into the upper corner of the screen, not filling the whole screen. This made the buttons smaller and the text harder to read. The mod by MyComputerDoctor not only resizes the theme of TWRP, it also gives the theme a whole new look!
